Using custom developed drones / UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) Aerobotika’s team is able to capture brilliant colour and smooth professional video required to showcase Real Estate aerial videos. Aerobotika has filmed multiple houses in the Vancouver area in 2014 providing aerial video and photography media used on real estate agent websites and housing databases. Our service allows you to capture far more interesting and close up shots than traditional aerial video.

Working with Us

Look and feel of the video and photos often depend on the weather, this can make it difficult to pick a specific day to capture the property. We can plan for a specific week and then after reviewing the weather forecast we can determine the best day. We will drive to the property and then launch the best drone to capture the appropriate photos (takes roughly 30 minutes) or video (50 minutes) per property. After the property has been captured we are able to deliver the media within a few business days after have had time to edit (generally done on days with poor flying conditions). If there is a specific deadline you need to meet, we are able to work with you to get the media on time.

Pricing

Aerial photography of a residential property can start as low as $175 per property which includes 5-12 high resolution photos depending on how many unique angles exist. Aerial video can start as low as $350 and includes the HD edited footage with music AND includes 5-12 high resolution aerial photos. We can add a professional voice over to enrich the viewing experience.

Location
