Aerobotika Academy is looking for talented instructors to join our North American training team. Aerobotika Academy offers a variety of flight programs from basic flight introduction to flight testing for experienced pilots in both a group and one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities:

• Teach prepared content
• Keep students to syllabus
• Advise in the development of future training programs

Requirements:

• Personable and effective communicator
• RC or UAV experience
• Time management skills
• Experience in aerial film and video an asset

This position will be reporting to to the manager of Training Systems, on the appropriate delivery of course content. Your manager is responsible to ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge and training to effectively do your job. They will aid you with the introductions to your class, expectations on student background, best practices in teaching and student engagement, and the appropriate administrative requirements to complete the course.
