Terms and conditions that apply to all training products and services.

Training Guarantee

These conditions are in regard to the Aerobotika Academy Training Guarantee

Content updates

Content updates are provided to alumni within 90 days of their release and Aerobotika reserves the right to determine which content changes and updates to announce and release.

Releases to alumni will be coordinated by email and content will be delivered in whatever medium Aerobotika determines to be appropriate for the type of content and the audience.

2018 Pilot Permit Support

Specific content changes and updates for the 2018 pilot permit support will not be provided on a set schedule, but are intended to be released far enough in advance to give students ample time to study for the permit exam before it is released.

Free for Life

For a course instance (date and location) to be eligible for audit, that instance must meet the following criteria.

  1. The course must meet it’s minimum number of enrolled paying students. This minimum is going to vary depending on location and costs incurred to run the course
  2. There must be seats available in the class in the room that has been scheduled. We will not be able to upgrade our room without the minimum number of students increasing as above.

Audit seats will be on a first come first serve basis and will not be confirmed until as close to the course date as 3 days.

Rescheduling and cancellation

At Aerobotika, we understand life sometimes throws curveballs and we will do our best to accommodate any changes in your course attendance.  We’ll work with you to find a solution based on the guidelines below.  If you have any questions, give us a call at 1-800-579-1UAV or email academy@aerobotika.com

If Aerobotika cancels or reschedules a course for any reason, full refunds will be made or the fees paid may be transferred to another course without any additional processing charges.

Rescheduled by you

Up to 14 days before a course start date we are able to reschedule a student for another date at the same location with a small rescheduling fee. Rescheduling courses less than 14 days before start date will require a new date be purchased at full price.

Cancelled by you

While situations may arise that prevent a student from attending our courses, Aerobotika makes significant investments in planning and preparation of our courses and events. Our cancellation policy is as follows.

30 or more days before start date

  • 100% of course fee refunded except registration fee†

30 to 14 days before start date

  • 50% of your course fee is available as a credit for future purchases. Registration fee not refunded†

Less than 14 days before course start date

  • Course and registration fees are non-refundable

† Total fees paid include a $75 registration fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

**All rescheduled courses must be the next available same city course or used within 6 months.

Compliance Products

Customer obligations

After you have purchased a compliance product, Aerobotika will provide an automated email that gives instructions and directs customers to a form to be filled out to begin the process of creating your compliance product.

Provided Aerobotika has upheld their obligations to engage the customer and provide next steps, there are no refunds past 14 days. Customers are expected to follow the instructions provided to take next steps in completing their compliance purchase.

Customers must fully complete and submit compliance forms sent by Aerobotika to begin the process of compliance purchase. Failure in completion of received form by the customer will result in an incomplete application. Turnaround times begin on completion and submission of form to Aeroboitka.

It is  critical that a customer read the email and forms thoroughly to understand the information that is required to complete a compliance purchase. Aerobotika will not be held responsible for a customer’s ability to meet the requirements of the compliance process and thus there will be no refunds past 14 days for this purpose or any other purpose.

Aerobotika is not responsible for customer requirements being missed emails lost or caught in junk mail filters or lost by any other means. When a refund is requested, the Aerobotika automated systems are examined to verify that customers have been properly engaged and to verify that the customer has met the next steps necessary and required to provide them with their compliance product.

No approval guarantee

Aerobotika cannot guarantee that a customer will meet the requirements of a regulator or that their compliance requests will be approved by the regulator. The regulators review requests on a case by case basis and some cases will not be acceptable to them. Aerobotika does make a best effort to identify applications that will have a high probability to be denied and will, in these cases, offer a full or partial refund. The amount to be refunded will depend on the amount of effort that the Aerobotika team has applied to the project before this possible problem is identified.

Turnaround time – Aerobotika

Compliance products will have variable turnaround times depending on complexity, availability of information, the customer’s response times, and Aerobotika’s workload. The only cause for refund due to turnaround times is Aerobotika’s workload delays. In the rare case that Aerobotika’s workload causes a delay of more than 30 days, a customer may request a refund. There will be absolutely no refunds for delays caused by customer response times, changes to the information provided, or any other customer caused delays under any circumstances without exception.

Turnaround time – Third Party

Aerobotika is not in any way responsible for the delays caused by third parties such as insurance providers, regulators, a customer’s end client, or any other party. No refunds or exceptions will be made in any case involving third parties.
